I. Brief personal information.

Li Chenggui, a native of Wannian, Jiangxi Province, received his B.A. in Philosophy from 1982-1986, M.A. in Philosophy from 1990-1992, and Ph.D. in Philosophy from 2000-2003, from the Department of Philosophy, Nanjing University. He is currently a professor of the Department of Philosophy of Nanjing University, a member of the Academic Committee, and the academic leader of the "Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism Governance Thought Research Team", an innovation team of philosophy and social science in Jiangsu Province, and an associate professor in 1996 and a professor in 1999. He was a professor and master's supervisor of Nanchang University, and a young and middle-aged discipline leader in Jiangxi Province. He has taught the following courses: undergraduate courses: "History of Chinese Philosophy" (upper and lower), "Selected Works of Chinese Philosophy", "Introduction to Traditional Chinese Culture", "Principles of Religion "Principles of Ethics", "History of Chinese Buddhism", etc.; master's students: "Introduction to Confucianism", "Philosophical Methodology "Modern Chinese Philosophy", "Philosophy of Culture", "East Asian Confucianism", "Song and Ming Theory ", "History of Chinese Confucianism", etc.; doctoral students: "Special Studies in Confucianism", "Philosophy of Song and Ming", "Introduction to Yi Philosophy", and "Studies on the Modernity of Traditional Chinese Philosophy", "The Science of Confucianism and Life", etc.
