1、The requirements for full-time research positions are as follows:

（1）Have got a doctorate degree from prestigious universities or academic institutions.

（2）Have solid professional foundation, strong ability of scientific research and innovation, good teamwork spirit, and achieved a certain number of representative research results, and should comply with teachers’ moral principles.

（3）In principle, at the age of no more than 35 years old (for particularly outstanding candidates, this age limit can be flexible).

（4）Cadidates with more than one year (including one year) overseas high-level university study experience are preferred.

（5）In principle, doctorate degree holders from well-known overseas universities should have published papers in international academic journals, or have other materials to prove their academic ability; doctorate degree holders from well-known universities in China are required to have at least a paper published in first-class journal in the field of liberal arts or at least 5 CSSCI journal papers.

Full-time research positions (full-time assistant researchers) are employed on an annual salary basis.
