On November 7, 2025, the 66th BYD Cup Track and Field Games of Nanjing University were held as scheduled at the Second Sports Ground of the Xianlin Campus. This marked the first time that the School of Artificial Intelligence participated in the games as an independent college, with a delegation of 66 members. The banner reading Gathering Wisdom at Nanjing, Riding the Tide of the Times; Serving the Nation through Science and Innovation, Composing a Youthful Chapter highlighted the school's commitment to advancing the frontiers of artificial intelligence and contributing to the development of new quality productive forces. Students held up signs representing five cutting-edge directions in artificial intelligence: Perception and Visual Intelligence, Embodied and Spatial Intelligence, Applied and Scientific Intelligence, Cognitive and Decision Intelligence, and Hybrid and Brain-Inspired Intelligence, showcasing the school's disciplinary strengths and confidence in its core research areas. Subsequently, four students transformed into technological robots, performing a sharp and dynamic robotic dance that vividly illustrated the concept of Artificial Intelligence as the Engine, resonating with the school's spirit of Interdisciplinary Integration as the Wings. At this sports meet, the School of Artificial Intelligence achieved remarkable results: it secured the group second prize in the Ninth Set of Radio Calisthenics competition, while Jiang Yifan, Gan Jiahui, Chen Anqi, and Huang Letong won the silver medal in the women’s 4×100-meter relay.
