个人简介

本科毕业于南京大学（2007-2011），博士毕业于南京大学（2011-2016）。曾先后任职于华为技术有限公司、东南大学。

主要研究方向为宽禁带半导体材料与器件、III族氮化物半导体光电芯片异质集成、Micro-LED芯片与新型显示。

Dr. Zhe Zhuang is an assistant professor from school of integrated circuits at Nanjing University Suzhou Campus. He received his Ph. D degree in electronic science and technology from Nanjing University in 2016. He worked as a visiting scholar at University of Sheffield in 2015 and as a postdoctoral fellow at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) from 2019 to 2021. His research interests are in the area of wide-bandgap semiconductors and their optoelectronic devices, especially MOVPE growth, nanofabrication, device processing, and flexible integration. His research has led to over 50 scientific publications, 6 applied/granted US/PCT/Chinese patents and 3 invited talks. Some publications have been selected as highlighted/featured articles or Editor’s picks by some peer-reviewed journals and international media such as “Semiconductor Today” and “Compound Semiconductor”.
